- Make a Journal of 5 things to be thankful for
- Do some letter writing
- Watch less TV
- Find and/ or strengthen a significant other
- Less consumerism
- Be thankful - to God, to your family, to all who touch you.
- Pray for Wisdom!
AN ADVICE ON THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS

Our culture suggests we 'Love things, use people, and worship ourselves' if we want to be happy. However, this route never leads to happiness. An advice I'd suggest to you in your pursuit of happiness is this: Use Things, Love People, and Worship the Divine.
