The Lakeside Tech Club is a tutor-led and peer community for web and artificial intelligence technology enthusiasts.

Every organisation in the world is increasingly becoming a technology organisation. While new technologies, including the web, internet of things (IOT), and artificial intelligence, have shown tremendous potential for developing countries to bridge the gap. They are also developing at a pace that makes it difficult for the school curriculum in developing countries to equip students with the necessary skills to compete.

Led by senior web engineer - Patrick Ojeh, and AI strategy instructor - John Orakwe, the club cultivates a holistic set of competencies that enable students to thrive in a technology-driven world while fostering critical thinking, ethical awareness, and innovation.

There are physical classes on Saturdays that focus on knowledge and personal projects with a demo day with prizes for the best projects.
